The Silver Service includes a key holder service, where we will hold your key as a collection point for your guests, plus an ongoing programme of inspections. After an initial property check and photo shoot, we will inspect your property three times a month checking for leaks, damage, electric faults, blinds, windows and general state of repair. We provide you with a monthly email report on your property.

On finding any problems we can arrange any repairs needed, (obtaining estimates for any substantial work) with your approval.

40 euros per month or 450 euros per year + IVA
