The Gold Service
includes a key holder service, where we will hold your key as a
collection point for your guests, plus an ongoing programme of inspections.
After an initial property check and photo shoot, we will inspect
your property three times a month checking for leaks, damage, electric
faults, blinds, windows and security shutters. We provide you with
a monthly email report on your property.
On finding any problems we can arrange any repairs needed, (obtaining
estimates for any substantial work) with your approval
In addition we will feature your property for rent and holiday
lets on our website and in our advertising and take bookings for
you, to maximise your income in the periods when you want paying
guests.
Plus, we will clean the property before your guests arrive and
provide freshly laundered bed-linen and towels for their arrival
and make a courtesy call, once they are installed.
Finally, we will carry out those all important inventory checks
at the end of each holiday let.
If you have special guests arriving, for an additional charge,
we can provide fresh flowers and an "essentials" welcoming
pack of milk, bread, butter, bottled water, tea, instant coffee,
sugar and soft-drinks.
