The Bronze Service includes a key holder service where we will hold the key as a collection point for anyone using your property. This arrangement also entitles you to one emergency call out inspection to your property in the year, or within the term of the contract.

12 euros per month or 115 euros per year + IVA

We will also advertise your property on our website and arrange rentals during periods when you are absent and under this service our fee will be 15% + IVA (see our silver and gold services for lower rental fees).
